Our online Support Center provides answers to frequently asked questions and an ever-expanding knowledgebase full of great tools, tips, and information. Download new releases and optional modules when needed. Access training videos, user instructions, a library of owner's manuals, and more.

The Support Center is available to customers within the 90-day extended service period, and customers with Extended Service Agreements or an active Subscription Contract.

Extended Service Agreements (ESA)

An Extended Service Agreement (ESA) provides you with a full year of software updates and technical support. It's a great way to protect your investment and can be renewed each year. ESA customers are also given login and password access to our extensive online Support Center.

Our Extended Service Department is available to create an account for you over the phone. Call us at 1-800-730-9809, and within minutes a representative will assist you in obtaining these excellent benefits.
